Layers

The video scene is composed of 2D layers that represent different 2D images. The final scene can contain several layers. You can add, remove, or change the order of the layers in the Layers pane of the Video Scene window.

To add a new layer, press the Add Layer button at the bottom of the Layers pane. The software will provide you with a list of available layers to use.

Layer	Purpose
Color Effects	Similar to the Strip Scene Animation Editor, but lets you create 2D color effects.
Images	Add standard images from your disk, including transparent PNG files.
Text	Create text layers, either static or scrolling.
Video	Import any video into the LSS4 software.
Screen Grabber	Capture any portion of your Mac or Windows desktop and display it on your LED pixels.

You can use one or more layers in the video scene window.
