Large-scale LED installations have variables that no remote call can fully address — the physical cabling, the controller placement, network infrastructure, the specific IC chips on the strips, how the venue's power distribution interacts with the LED drivers. For projects at this scale, the LSS4 team offers on-site support where a specialist travels to your location and works through the installation with you directly.
This service has been used for theme park lighting rigs, permanent architectural facades, broadcast TV studio installations, and large outdoor festival stages. If the project is big enough that getting it right the first time matters, on-site support is the safest way to guarantee that outcome.
