What's New on the LED Strip Studio Website and E-shop?

New LED Strip Studio homepage open on a laptop in a red-lit studio

We have rebuilt the LED Strip Studio website from the ground up. The new site loads faster, the product range is organised more clearly, and the e-shop describes every product in more detail. Our most important controllers now also have a 3D preview. And one familiar product is back in the line: the XMAS DIMMER.

  • The website is faster and easier to navigate on a phone.
  • The e-shop groups products by purpose and describes each one in more detail.
  • Five controllers have an interactive 3D preview with clickable parts.
  • The XMAS DIMMER is back, because customers prefer DMX for Christmas lights.
  • The live chat, the Wiki and the Controller Finder are still here.

What Has Changed on the New LED Strip Studio Website?

The new website is a complete rebuild, not a fresh coat of paint on the old pages. We focused on three things: speed, clearer navigation and more detailed product information. The goal is simple. You should get from a question to the right controller in a few clicks.

Why Does a Faster Website Matter to Installers?

Many of our customers open the site on a phone, on site, with a weak mobile signal. A slow page at that moment means no answer when you need it most. The new site loads noticeably faster, so product pages, manuals and datasheets open while you are still standing at the cabinet.

How Are Products Organised in the New E-shop?

The new LED Strip Studio e-shop splits the range into product groups, so related devices sit next to each other: controllers, infrastructure such as splitters and power, LED strips, LED lights, demo kits and services. You no longer have to scroll through one long list to find the device you need.

Each product page now describes the device in more detail. You see what it is for, how it connects and what it works with before you open a datasheet. Prices, stock and shipping time are on the product card.

How Does the 3D Product Preview Work?

For our main controllers, the product page on our website includes an interactive 3D preview. You can rotate the device, zoom in and look at it from every side, as if you were holding it. That answers practical questions before you order: where the connectors sit, how the unit fits into a cabinet and which side faces the cables.

The model also has interactive points on its most important parts. Click a point and a short description explains what that part is and what it does. The 3D preview is on the pages of LEC3, SPI Matrix, SPI LED Controller, Powered SPI LED Controller 2 and Reactivo 2.

Why Is the XMAS DIMMER Back in Our Product Line?

We have returned the XMAS DIMMER to our product line because customers clearly prefer DMX for controlling Christmas lights. Decorators and venue technicians already run stage lights, festoons and effects from one DMX console or software. They want the Christmas strings in the same cue list, not on a separate box with its own blink modes.

What Does One XMAS DIMMER Control?

The XMAS DIMMER is an 8-output DMX dimmer for conventional 12–36 V DC Christmas light strings with anti-parallel LEDs. Each output uses two DMX channels, so one unit takes 16 channels and dims both polarities of every string separately. It handles up to 0.5 A per output and dims at about 1,000 Hz PWM, which stays flicker-free on most video cameras.

To see what this looks like on a large site, read how commercial Christmas lights run a DMX show. In that project, a client ran 100 XMAS Dimmers in Berlin. For the details of wiring and patching, see how to run traditional Christmas lights from a lighting console.

Where Can You Ask a Question or Look Something Up?

Three tools from the old website stay with you on the new one. The live chat in the corner of every page connects you with a real person from our team, not an AI. The complete Wiki holds our technical documentation in one searchable place. And the Controller Finder asks a few questions about your project and tells you which controller fits.

Is Something Not Working? Tell Us

A new website always has a few rough edges in its first weeks. If you find a broken link, a missing manual or an old bookmark that leads nowhere, please let us know. We also want to hear the opposite: what is clearer now, and what you still cannot find.

Write to us at [email protected] or through the contact form. You can write in English or Slovak, and every message goes straight to our team.

Do you like the new website, or is something missing? A short message is enough, and it helps us make the site better for everyone who uses it.
