SPI Lamp 2 ships as a PCB with four mounting holes, deliberately dimensioned to fit the plastic surface-mounted electrical boxes sold in any electrical supplier. Print your own enclosure instead if the installation needs something else.

Why a bare board is the point
The unit is meant to live next to the LED object it drives, which usually means inside something already on the wall or in the ceiling. A fixed enclosure would only get in the way of that.
The board is 70 by 58 by 18 millimetres with four 3.2 millimetre mounting holes, and weighs 33 grams. Nothing else is in the box: no enclosure, no cables and no power supply.

Where It Can Go
Indoor only, and powered locally
The board carries no ingress protection of its own. It is rated IP00 and designed for indoor use, so whatever it sits inside has to provide the protection.
Power comes in on a two-pole screw terminal at 5 to 24 volts DC, and the board passes up to 5 amps through to the LED output while drawing about 1 watt itself.

Junction Box Mounting questions
No. The box contains the PCB only. It is sized to fit a standard plastic surface-mounted junction box, or you can 3D print an enclosure.
