All LED Strip Studio products come with a 5-year warranty — the controllers LEC3, SPI Matrix, SPI LED Controller, Reactivo 2 and the PSL2, and the accessories too: The Symmetrizer, SPI Lamp 2, Xmas Dimmer, Powered Bulb Dimmer and ProfiLED. This coverage reflects 15 years of real-world use across clubs, stages, TV studios, and permanent installations, not just lab testing.
For technical issues on-site, you have two paths:
